Alameda Mini Storage (AMS) exists for one purpose: to provide a convenient and safe storage environment which will both meet your needs and exceed your expectations. While many components go into creating a culture of customer satisfaction, it begins with a friendly attitude, easy access to the facility, and a sensible approach to providing common sense services. Come and experience the difference!
Meet Our Managers
Your hosts are David and Krikett Perea, managers of Alameda Mini Storage since 2000. Tap into their wealth of knowledge to help you select the right unit and make the most of your personal storage space. Whether you need a closet-sized mini storage unit, a whole house storage unit, or a unit for commercial use, they can help.
For most of his adult life, David has worked in a leadership capacity for various industries. He has a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado. His title with AMS is Facility Manager. When he’s not working, David loves to perform a variety of activities including photography.
Krikett has a working history predominantly in the office and clerical fields. While she is able to efficiently multitask and organize, her strongest gift is her ability to communicate well with others. Or, in simple terms: good old fashion “people” skills. Krikett’s title with AMS is Office Affairs Manager. When Krikett’s not working, she is usually caught up in a good novel.
Individually, they have different work assignments. Collectively, they make a strong team with a clear focus of serving their customers well. Be sure to flip to our Frequently Asked Storage Questions page for answers to questions you may have.
Maynord completes our staff, but he works mostly behind-the-scenes.
